Our goal is to put compassion into action through innovative programs that assist youth and their families living in distressed situations.
FreshMinistries was created to enable youth and their families to grow and thrive in their family, work, civic and spiritual lives. Our initiatives include programs in Jacksonville’s urban core that address the “6 Points” we feel are necessary for children to grow and thrive: EDUCATION, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, SAFETY & SECURITY, FAMILY STRENGHTENING, and good HEALTH programs. We work with other like-minded organizations to improve our youth’s lives by ensuring our core-city citizens have equal access to the educational opportunities, health care and health education, safe home environment, affordable housing and home ownership opportunities, positive role models and job opportunities within their neighbhorhoods.
All of our initiatives are designed to create an environment in which all people have equal access to the educational tools, community support and opportunities needed to live healthy, productive lives.
