International Programs

Our goal is to put compassion and love into action through innovative programs that assist people around the world living in need of hope and humanitarian services.

FreshMinistries international programs reach across the globe to the people who live their daily lives in dire need of help. Our initiatives include Siyafundisa, an HIV/AIDS educational program and support service for the more than 12 million youth orphaned by the HIV/AIDS pandemic in southern Africa, raising funds for school and medical supplies for the Alliance For The Lost Boys of Sudan and bringing people closer to God though pilgrimage travel to the world’s holiest sites.

Dr. Robert V. Lee III, chairman and CEO of FreshMinistries, pause for a photo after signing a cooperative agreement to fight HIV/AIDS in Southern Africa. FreshMinistries is administering a $10 million grant from US AID that assists the Southern African Diocese in its education programs to teach children how to avoid acquiring HIV/AIDS. The cooperative agreement makes the South African Diocese, the Washington National Cathedral and FreshMinistries partners in the effort, which includes several other related initiatives to help the people on the African continent as they face the devastating pandemic.
